Our Yorkville Community

Prairie Meadows is an inviting neighborhood in the United City of Yorkville, Illinois. It is an attractive community featuring stylish single-family homes, suburban charm, and well-manicured scenery.

Our subdivision is conveniently located near Autumn Creek Elementary School, Yorkville’s many amenities, and a short drive away from the greater Fox Valley area’s comforts.

Community Involvement

Residents of the community are represented by the HOA and our elected board members. The board is comprised of volunteers who take pride in our community. Together, we work to preserve the unique character and quality of life of the area. We dedicate hours to ensure that you continue to enjoy the many benefits that come with living in Prairie Meadows.

By overseeing civic matters, we maintain property values, the neighborhood’s appearance, and our community’s integrity. The HOA collectively manages the common areas within our neighborhood, including berms, landmark signage, and other community necessities.
